Headcounts
Finalise your numbers for catering for the after-wedding party – and for the brunch or BBQ the following day, if you’re having one. Remember some of your guests may like to re-live your wedding, or exchange tales about it. And some may be looking for something to do the day after your wedding, especially if they’ve travelled from interstate or overseas.

Sharing Old Photographs
If you’re having a traditional wedding that includes photographs of family and other groups, then now’s the time to provide your photographer with an outline of the names of those involved in those groups, to enable the photographs to be taken smoothly and in an organized manner.
Booking Confirmations
Confirm any booking arrangements you may have made for restaurants, etc before and after your wedding. Include the final numbers you’re expecting.
